Same Old Employee Engagement Survey Results?

Do you have a standard Performance Improvement Process? When someone is identified as a low performer they are put into a process of training, (hopefully), and support to improve their performance. Usually there is a time limit of three or six months to show the necessary level of performance. If acceptable performance isn’t attained then you may move on to dismissal.

Does that sound familiar?

Have you been doing regular Employee Engagement surveys for years?

Do the surveys report the same dissatisfactions year after year?

Who is failing to put this right? Who is underperforming?

Or do you think you have a particularly rebellious, dissatisfied set of employees?

Why don’t you do something to improve the Employee Engagement scores? Perhaps you do but it doesn’t work? But you keep on doing it?

It isn’t difficult to do really. After 40 years working in the subject, there are some straightforward solutions that don’t involve vast fees. But they need to be relevant to you.
