Do you think people work because they are paid to work? If that is your belief then you probably won’t watch this and you certainly won’t believe it!
People work because they want to work. People GO TO work because they need money to live, but what they do when they get there is due to other reasons.
Perhaps you believe in close supervision and performance reviews? That is marginally better if at all, but why pay for all those people, processes and the high recruitment costs?
That sounds crazy to me.
