Who is the visionary leader here?
The person at the front saying, “just over that next mountain and we’re there”?
Or the person bringing up the rear, helping the stragglers and keeping everyone safe?
That person had the vision to see what was needed and do it. Or, just maybe, the leader asked the person to do it.
