I found the workshop very useful, as it served as a good refresher and made me go away and polish up on a few things.

I came along to the session to help me develop my own knowledge and to provoke some thinking about how I can apply what we discussed in my role / business. You managed to fulfill both these things; your presentation was engaging and the content useful.

Motivation Matters gave my relatively new Senior Management Team a very interesting and stimulating day- and offered us a number of new tools and approaches for communication and problem solving- which we have put to good use i n further developing the team. As a Hospice Management Team we presented a number of unique challenges to an outside trainer- all of which were handled professionally and with sensitivity.

The course that you ran was good and it had some good points which made people think about their daily job role. I have also discussed your comments with those that attended the course.

The day was very well prepared with an excellent mixture of talk and listen sessions. There were a variety of activities throughout the day which added to the learning experience and the fun; the students were given the chance to put the theory into practice. They gained much from the day and have been able to use the new skills learnt in a number of projects. I do believe that it has made a difference to the way they have worked on task together.

Excellent thoughts on closed thinking. I particularly liked the comment on Russian advice to the Egyptian’s !
